Responsibilities: • Perform a wide range of oral and maxillofacial surgeries with precision and care, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction. • Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and maintain a high standard of service. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring dentists and healthcare providers to ensure a steady flow of patient referrals. • Participate in continuous education and training opportunities to stay current with the latest advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery. • Contribute to the growth and success of the practice by actively participating in marketing and community outreach initiatives. • Lead and mentor junior staff and residents, fostering an environment of learning and professional development. • Manage patient consultations, providing clear and compassionate communication to explain procedures and address concerns effectively. Qualifications: • Experience in performing a wide range of oral and maxillofacial surgeries with precision and care. • Ability to collaborate effectively with a team of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional patient care. • Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with referring dentists and healthcare providers. • Commitment to continuous education and training to stay current with advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery. • Experience in contributing to practice growth through active participation in marketing and community outreach initiatives. • Ability to lead and mentor junior staff and residents, fostering an environment of learning and professional development. • Strong communication skills for managing patient consultations and addressing concerns with clarity and compassion. Compensation: $350,000+
