    Oral Surgeon Opportunity | El Dorado, Arkansas

    A growing, multi-location oral surgery and dental organization is seeking an Oral Surgeon (Full-Time or Part-Time) to join a well-established surgical team in El Dorado, Arkansas. This opportunity offers strong clinical support, modern technology, and the ability to build a highly productive surgical practice.

    About the Opportunity

    • Flexible Full-Time or Part-Time schedule

    • Clinic hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

    • 25–30 patients per day on average

    • 3 operatories + 2 exam rooms per location

    • Fully equipped surgical suites including anesthesia machine and CBCT imaging

    • Denticon practice management system

    • Experienced onsite clinical and administrative support team

    Compensation

    • Daily guarantee: $2,000 – $3,000 per day during ramp-up period

    • Guarantee periods typically 3–6 months, with the opportunity to transition to a percentage of collections model and exceed the guarantee

    • Practices averaging $1M–$2M in annual collections
