    Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon Opportunity – Central Arkansas

    A rapidly growing, doctor-led oral surgery group in Central Arkansas is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon for its high-performing location just outside of Little Rock.     Practice Highlights:

    • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

    • Patient Volume: 25–30 patients/day on average

    • Facilities: 3 fully equipped operatories + 2 exam rooms

    • Technology: Modern practice management software (Denticon), anesthesia machines, and CBCT available at select locations

    • Team Support: Full onsite clinical and administrative support

    • Ownership Structure: Provider-led group with long-term career tracks and mentorship from seasoned oral surgeons

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Income Potential: Percentage-based compensation model with earning potential between $500K–$800K+ annually, depending on volume

    • Practice Performance: Individual locations average $1–2 million in annual collections; this location currently trends up to $2.3 million

    • Employment Type:

      • Full-Time (30+ hours/week): Includes full benefits package, paid malpractice, 401(k), and partnership opportunities after Year 1

      • Part-Time (<30 hours/week): Includes malpractice coverage and access to 401(k)

    • Relocation Assistance: Signing bonus available to support relocation expenses for out-of-area candidates
