Who We’re Looking For We are seeking a mature, dependable professional who takes pride in their work and understands that in a small, growing practice, every team member matters.
Experience is strongly preferred (oral surgery experience ideal), but we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates professionalism, strong communication skills, composure under pressure, and a true team-first attitude.
This is not a temporary or entry-level role. We are building a long-term team of individuals who represent the practice with confidence, integrity, and care. Most of our staff have been with the practice between 5 and 25 years.
Position Overview This dual-role position supports both clinical and administrative functions to ensure seamless patient care and daily operational flow.
Clinical Responsibilities Assist surgeon during procedures (extractions, implants, IV sedation support)
Maintain sterile technique and operatory readiness
Monitor vitals and assist with post-operative care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Administrative Responsibilities Deliver a polished, concierge-level patient experience
Manage scheduling and provider calendars efficiently
Verify insurance benefits and clearly communicate financial expectations
Process payments and support billing workflows
Maintain organized records and referral communication
Qualifications Dental assisting experience preferred; oral surgery experience strongly preferred
Sedation experience is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
