    Orange Coast INFINITI  CLIENT ENGAGEMENT / CUSTOMER RETENTION SPECIALIST

    We are a dyanamic, luxury automotive store seeking a reliable, energetic addition to our sales team.  This position requires a common sense approach to the sales process and ability to correspond with clients via phone, email and text.  Previous experience in retail sales/automotive sales is preferred, but not required.  

    Must be proficient with email/internet/CRM as well as good written and verbal communication skills, highly organized and most importantly....ability to learn and be coached.  This position comes with a great base salary plus competitive bonus structure as well as competitive benefit package (health, dental, vision, 401k) ....and, the ability to grow into advancement.

    Learn the product to the point of expertise.   Follow direction of Sales Managers.   Go on test drives with customers. Responsible for doing a full delivery and going over features with the customer through the use of a tablet provided to you.   Follow-up with customer post-sale to insure their satisfaction.
