Orange Elephant Roofing is looking to hire a Roofing Branch Manager for the Gonzales area.

THE PRIMARY ROLES OF THE BRANCH MANAGER ARE:

• Build and maintain culture in alignment with Orange Elephant's Purpose, Values & Vision
• Work with the Service Representatives (SR's) and Field Supervisors (FS's) on a day-to-day basis.

ALL HIRING, TRAINING, AND MANAGEMENT OF SALES REPRESENTATIVES & FIELD SUPERVISORS IS THE BRANCH MANAGER'S RESPONSIBILITY, AS WELL AS INDIVIDUAL GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT PLANS FOR EACH EMPLOYEE.

ADDITIONALLY, THE BRANCH MANAGER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ANNUAL BUDGET AND PLAN (INCLUDING SALES REVENUE EXECUTION & SPENDING), PROFIT MARGIN PERFORMANCE, ALL PERSONNEL ISSUES, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Branch Manager also works closely with staff in the Corporate offices on job submissions, supplements, mortgage processing, invoicing, collections, marketing and advertising.

Training and support for Branch Manager provided primarily by the Vice President of Sales. Branch Manager is responsible for all aspects of the location.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING, OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED AS NECESSARY:

• Provide all office and field training, as well as ongoing day to day support
• Provide strong leadership & support to their team of Sales Representatives, Field Supervisors & Production on a day to day basis
• Plan & run all weekly sales rep meetings
• Plan & run weekly Field Supervisor team meetings
• Provide monthly quota & performance reviews for all Sales Representatives, Field Supervisor & Production
• Execute according to plan for sales revenue and budget
• Participate in the annual planning meetings & develop plan & budget
• Attend all department, company leadership & company wide meetings

• Salary: $100,000.00 /year
• 15 Days PTO
• Benefits after 90 Days
