PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Orange Grove Bio Fellows Program is a year-long unpaid internship program offered to university doctoral students that gives them substantive training in early-stage biotech diligence and operations. The most promising candidates from the Fellows Program are eligible for full-time hire into Orange Grove upon completion of the program. The internship emphasizes soft skill-building, such as leadership and project management, in addition to gaining an understanding of the biotech industry. The Fellows are actively involved in core projects, including due diligence, market analysis, presentations, and operating plans at portfolio companies.
The Fellows Program is offered exclusively at partner universities of Orange Grove Bio.
PROGRAM PURPOSE
The goal of the Program is to introduce life science diligence and operations to students through a full immersion program that gives them a substantial and unfiltered experience. It is an important way that Orange Grove Bio helps partner with universities to strengthen their life science ecosystem that directly benefits the educational prerogatives of the University.
