The most promising candidates from the Fellows Program are eligible for full-time hire into Orange Grove upon completion of the program. The internship emphasizes soft skill-building, such as leadership and project management, in addition to gaining an understanding of the biotech industry. The Fellows are actively involved in core projects, including due diligence, market analysis, presentations, and operating plans at portfolio companies.

The Fellows Program is offered exclusively at partner universities of Orange Grove Bio.

    PROGRAM PURPOSE

The goal of the Program is to introduce life science diligence and operations to students through a full immersion program that gives them a substantial and unfiltered experience. It is an important way that Orange Grove Bio helps partner with universities to strengthen their life science ecosystem that directly benefits the educational prerogatives of the University.

    PROGRAM DESIGN

    • 2-3 students will be selected from the partner university for the Program
    • The Program will run for a calendar year
    • Typically, students commit 5-10 hours a week for a substantial educational experience

    • Students will also be assigned to work as part of the team on a portfolio company in order to learn more about biotech company operations
    • Numerous optional biotech educational experiences including attending virtual presentations and conferences, participate in Lunch & Learn Seminars with speakers on a range of relevant topics, or joining the management team for meetings with other companies to learn about advancements across the industry
