Job Description

We are seeking a passionate HR professional with a proven success track record to come in to take our HR team to the next level. Your ability to structure, build processes and bring a positive attitude to the company will ensure the success of our teams. In addition to this you'll be responsible for:

• Work on refining the on-boarding/off-boarding process
• Ensure legal compliance
• Spearhead the development of an Employee Handbook
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing requests, grievances or other issues
• Manage the recruitment selection process, including helping to develop a social media strategy to attract top talent to the company
• Create employee incentives programs
• Develop performance appraisal programs
• Handle questions related to leaves of absence, benefits, payroll, etc
• Provide decision support through HR metrics
• Serve as the main point of contact for all employee questions

REQUIREMENTS:

• Demonstrable leadership and HR strategy skills
• Bachelor degree in human resources or a related field
• 8+ years experience in an evolving environment
• HR experience at a technology company
• Proven track record of success
• Results driven and self motivated individual
• People oriented
• An ability to work autonomously and with limited guidance

Nice to Haves (but not required)

• Advanced degree in Human Resources or related field
• Certifications (i.e. SHRM)
