    Job Description

    We are on the lookout for a highly energetic, customer-focused individual who is interested in a high-impact position working directly with our customers. Duties include answering phone calls, responding to emails, interacting with our fans on Facebook and Instagram, assisting customers via live chat, monitoring reviews, and enhancing the reputation of our brands through effective community management.

    Skills Required

    • Demonstrate initiative to follow up and solve customer service issues

    • Actively engage in the monitoring of brand conversations, including the development of listening, reporting, and engagement policies to help grow digital communities.

    • Keep the brand voice and reinforce brand mission in relevant social conversations

    • Plays an active role in monitoring and responding to customer comments and reviews

    • Works with the customer service team to resolve complex customer service issues

    • Managing and reporting on customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

    • Develop strategies to increase online reviews and help improve ratings across locations

    • Implementing best practices to solicit online reviews from customers

    • Crafting online review responses and communicating directly with customers

    • Act as a liaison between customers and other team members to proactively resolve issues

    • Collaborating with our social media team to drive more business

    • Provide support to team members within and outside the marketing department

    Our Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Qualities:

    • Tech-savvy

    • Self Starter

    • Strong communication skills both written and oral

    • Expert understanding of various social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, and TikTok

    • Excellent organizational skills

    • Excellent phone skills

    • Creative thinker and problem solver

    • Have Marketing and/or Merchandising career aspirations: Being the front line to the customer- your input is very important and you will be called upon to contribute to all marketing and merchandising efforts, an amazing learning experience!
