Graphic Designer – Fitness (Part-Time)
The Graphic Designer – Fitness is an enterprising, detail-oriented individual with an excellent eye for visual composition. You are a key player on the Fitness Team, creating engaging and clear content to elevate the in-studio fitness experience for every member. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver polished and production-ready content quickly and efficiently. The Graphic Designer – Fitness has a knack for visual design and a passion for the health and fitness industries. This dynamic combination of design and fitness, allows you to quickly identify bad form and bad design, whether it be an incorrect logo, a poorly designed layout, grammatically incorrect copy, or on-screen movement. You are the kind of person that when you see something incorrect, you say something, helping the team to deliver consistent quality materials to our members. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Assist in the design and creation of visual layouts for in-studio fitness experiences, presentations, e-learning, and training
Support the upload process for asset distribution to studios across the network
Support timely updates to visual assets based on design notes or changes
Aid in the development of departmental graphics, videos, and audio files
Support the management and organization of a high volume of assets
Assist in the development of visual training content, focused on the creation of instructional graphics and templates, inclusive of video content, text, and graphics, in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) and other departmental stakeholders
ARE YOU QUALIFIED?
1-3 years of experience in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics/Audio Visual Design, Educational Technologies, or related work experience is required
Experience Creating dynamic and engaging PowerPoint presentations is a plus
Must have a strong passion for health & fitness, and learning development, with a focus on the end user experience; passion for the Orangetheory brand is a plus
Computer proficiency using MAC platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deliverables with a high attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and driving development timelines
Translate complex design ideas into simple and visually appealing deliverables
Able to work independently, self-direct, and be self-sufficient in a fast-paced environment while succeeding with the team
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders, as well as external vendors (as needed)
Work at a fast pace and high volume with competing priorities
POSITION TYPE
This is a Part-time (up to 20 hours per week), fixed-term position (approximately 6 months)
TRAVEL
Travel is only required if the position is remote. Travel may consist of up to 20% of each month. You must have a valid driver’s license.
