Job Description
BE FIT. CHANGE LIVES. HAVE FUN.
We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our Global Digital Fitness team, to bring these services to life, across the company’s wide portfolio of digital offerings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for taking on complex problems and designing elegant, simple, and intuitive interactive interfaces for our core engagement products: large-scale, complex and function-heavy systems such as Orangetheory ‘At-Home’ web applications, mobile apps, and content production. This person must thrive in a fast paced, exciting, and ever evolving competitive digital landscape and be the ultimate champion of a consumer-centric experience. We’ll provide you with unparalleled levels of opportunity and resources, with the goal of creating disruptive and sticky consumer product experiences, that influence the industry and the company. By obsessing the consumer journey, you’ll create products that are not only amazing to look at but are also intuitive to navigate and help ensure a frictionless consumer experience. If you love design, behavior change, and have an affinity for health and fitness, this opportunity is for you. SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE You will be responsible for researching, designing, and prototyping new user experiences. You flourish in a dynamic, ever-changing, and deadline driven environment. You are a natural collaborator and a phenomenal communicator, able to develop and present design ideas in a large team environment. Prior experience working within a technical environment is a key requirement. You should possess extraordinary visual and user interface design skills, as well as user-centered design principals. You have an affinity for consistency, color use, typography, and a keen eye for subtle details. While exercising a good eye for aesthetics, you are able to grasp and distill highly complex issues and translate them into clean, focused, understandable solutions. You should be a self-starter, self-motivated, able to work independently, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision. The work that you design will be seen and experienced by millions of people around the world and will ultimately drive More Life. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
