As part of the Business Intelligence team, this data professional will partner with business leaders across the organization to surface key metrics and unlock vital insights that drive data-informed decisions and guide business strategy. This is an individual capable of leveraging database technologies, mathematical savvy, and analytical tools to turn data into answers and insights.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Maintain and advance the organizations reporting and dashboarding platforms in Power BI

Liaise with business and technology partners to build insightful analytical solutions and dashboards

Complete advanced statistical analysis of large datasets to derive insights

Manage and execute entire components of large projects from start to finish

Own and manage one or more product verticals

Manage one or more direct reports

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

5+ year(s) in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, or similar role

B.S. in Business, Computer Science, Analytics or another quantitative discipline – advanced degree preferred.

Experience creating advanced solutions using Power BI

Proficient in using SQL in a business environment

Advanced Excel skills

Business analysis, report design, and presentation skills

Understanding of Data Warehouse principles and familiarity with data modeling concepts and methodologies

Mastery of data visualization and analytical best practices

SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTSThis position may directly manage employees.
