2022 Orangetheory Summer Intern
Program Overview:
Orangetheory® Fitness is one of the fastest-growing global fitness franchises with studios located throughout the United States as well as internationally. We are a scientifically designed, one-of-a-kind, group personal training workout broken into intervals of cardiovascular and strength training. Led by highly skilled coaches, each Orangetheory Fitness workout incorporates endurance, strength, and power elements through a variety of equipment including treadmills, rowing machines, TRX® suspension training and free weights.
Orangetheory Global Headquarters (the Grove) brings together a variety of different teams with the shared goal of helping people around the world live more vibrant lives. Every position comes with a real purpose and opportunity to change someone’s life – and that includes our summer interns.
Orangetheory is dedicated to developing successful leaders, and we strive to make this internship as realistic and informative as possible. Our 12-week paid summer internship program offer hands-on experience through challenging and exciting projects intended to address real-time business needs. Finance & Accounting
Sales & Operations
Fitness (e.g., Exercise Science & Health Promotion, Kinesiology, Strength & Conditioning, etc.)
Job Responsibilities:
Lead department/function specific project from start to finish and present project deliverable(s) to senior leadership for consideration
Use discipline specific knowledge, skills, and abilities to assist with various projects, presentations, and business improvement opportunities
Note: Function-specific responsibilities will be outlined during the interview process.
Qualifications:
Rising Junior or Senior at an accredited university/college
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Strong desire for continuous learning and professional development
Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
Demonstrated project management skills and ability to balance multiple assignments at once
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-directed and able to work without supervision
Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
Must be at least 18 years of age
