As part of the Business Intelligence team, this experienced data professional will partner with business leaders in the International Department to surface key metrics and unlock vital insights that drive data-informed decisions and guide their strategy. This is an expert in Power BI with proven experience in SQL, Tabular modeling, Power Query, Dax and how to pull insights from data.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Develop standard data extracts/reports/analyses for senior leadership

Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets

Liaise with business and technology partners to build insightful analytical solutions and dashboards

Work closely with the Analytics team to implement data analysis best practices

Simplify and communicate complex concepts to the International Department leaders to drive data-driven outcomes

Create specific KPI dashboards for Key Countries

Assist in looking at financial modeling/forecasting for same key countries, to assist the international leadership in proper decision making

ARE YOU QUALIFIED?

1+ years in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, or similar role

B.S. in Business, Computer Science, Analytics or another quantitative discipline. Advance degree a plus

Extensive experience creating advanced solutions using Power BI

Experience using SQL in a business environment

Business analysis, report design, project management and presentation skills

Exposure to Data Warehouse principles and basic understanding of data modeling concepts and methodologies

Expert knowledge of data visualization best practices
