The International Fitness Training & Support Manager will be responsible for providing day to day fitness support to International OTF Franchisees across the globe. This is multi-faceted position that requires a strong foundational knowledge of all aspects of Orangetheory’s fitness products, processes, and key performance metrics. Strong independent judgement to supervise the franchisees’ implementation of our fitness product and processes relating to execution, delivery, and best practices.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Follow and present the OTFit Certificate Workshop to enforce adherence to OTF guidelines within international markets.

Assess candidate performance throughout training workshop and exercise discretionary judgement to determine if candidate meets OTFit criteria.

Must follow launch training criteria guidelines and submit at end of each day. Approve Regional Fitness Coaches through formal sign-off process.

Present continuing education workshops if needed.

Assist in local franchise training as needed.

Develop strong relationships with Master Franchisee’s, Franchisee’s, and fitness personnel in international countries to set personnel and new markets up for success

Assist in the department’s eLearning course design.

Promote compliance to quality control and brand standards.

Assume responsibilities working with the development team to ensure timely development, production, and execution of learning projects.

Develop strong and supportive working relationships with the development team to ensure collaboration within the unit, idea sharing, and a focus on meeting changing or organizational demands.

Assist in creating innovative solutions to educational needs.

Ensure a unified learning theory across trainings to ensure brand consistency

Identify educational needs throughout the Orangetheory network

Assist to design curricula for coaching and developing purposes to achieve optimum performance

Develop strong relationships with Master Franchisee’s, Franchisee’s, and fitness personnel in international countries to set personnel and new markets up for success

Provide ongoing fitness support in collaboration with the fitness and international departments

Strong business acumen and ability to adjust learning styles to meet unique cultural needs

Ability to represent the OTF brand on a global platform

Assist on projects related to annual Summit and Convention

Assist in local franchise training as needed.

Additional responsibilities requested by the Director of Fitness and OTF Leadership Team.

ARE YOU QUALIFIED?

Bachelor’s Degree in an Exercise Science related field a plus.

Successful completion of the OTFit Certificate Workshop.

Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a leader in the fitness industry.

Minimum of 1 year as an OTF Fitness Coach.

Current nationally accredited personal trainer or group exercise instructor certification.

Current CPR/AED certification.

Multilingual a plus

International business experience in fitness a plus

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

Strong Presentation skills

Self-motivated and driven fitness professional.

Excellent communication and organizational skills required.

Ability to work independently and utilize discretionary judgement in conducting remote fitness coach evaluations.

Ability to effectively give training presentations to small groups, with previous experience in training/mentoring.

Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and basic software programs

Compliance with the OTF Brand

Able to work flexible schedules as needed, including weekends and holidays

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

This position does not manage any employees.

TRAVEL

100% Road Warrior

This position requires traveling 2-4 weeks per month which may include both international and domestic travel.
