    Job Title: Senior Membership Consultant West Highlands Ranch

    Employee Compensation: Hourly + Commission.

    OTF Overview: Orangetheory Fitness uses scientifically proven concepts to push your body to do its best. Participants complete intervals throughout the hour training session, sometimes 45 or 90 minutes. This workout helps build strength, increase energy, surpass workout plateaus and tone and shape your body like nothing else. The Orangetheory Fitness workout provides a safe and inclusive place for all fitness levels.

    Job Description:

    Responsible for creating a positive, high energy, respectful OTF studio environment.

    Leading MC’s by example in the studio which includes but is not limited to: demonstrating the highest level of customer service, leading with a positive attitude, addressing any issues with management, being the example in membership consultant responsibilities.

    Manage Upgrades and Downgrades and Membership freezes.

    Manage retail refunds and returns.

    Support studio manager by creating the schedule as well as review all MC requests for coverage. Work with the manager on approved adjustments.

    Coordinate weekly email with Studio Manager and assist with MC meeting agenda.

    Coordinate with Studio Manager on monthly MC bonus goals and support MC’s in reaching their goals.

    Review the Daily Operational Report with Studio Manager bi-weekly to discuss areas of growth with the MC’s.

    Coordinate with Studio Manager on additional lists to run (Basic Calls/Package Calls/Freeze Calls/etc).

    Coordinate with Studio Manager on MC needs.

    Coordinate inventory needs with Studio Manager as well as ensuring organization.

    Run and disseminate Birthday List twice per month.

    Run and disseminate Declines and First Visit reports twice per week.

    Fully understand the Business Policy manual and ensure all MC’s have a full understanding as well.

    Merge members when needed to keep a clean MBO.

    Maintains accurate contact logs and notes MBO.

    Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls.

    Comprehensive understanding of Freeze and Cancellation policy.

    Lead OTF studio tours with prospects and/or fitness program holders.

    Lead MC’s in sales goals and driving intros into the studio.

    Greets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the OTF studio.

    Maintain an organized and clean lobby/front desk area.

    Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns.

    Properly onboard all OTF clients through the use of Client Intake Forms and MA’s.

    Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist (pre/during/post ) shift activities.

    Encouraged to participate in 2 or more OTF workouts per week.

    Minimum of three to four MC shifts per week.

    Seeks opportunities to learn best practices.

    Train new MC hires and ensure MC proficiency for all team members.

    Must be flexible and willing to work weekends when needed and as requested by Studio Manager.

    Works closely with MC’s to ensure that processes are fulfilled and handoffs take place with intros.

    Responsible for attending four community events per year.

    Attend monthly staff meetings and all relative, mandatory webinars and other requested corporate meetings.

    Handle member concerns/feedbacks concerns in a professional, objective manner with the goal of resolution and retention when applicable.

    Support a healthy working relationship and open communication with other studios.
