Touted as the "Best One Hour Workouts in the Country," ORANGETHEORY FITNESS has opportunities for a Dynamic Sales Associate

Orangetheory Fitness ("OTF"), the hottest growing fitness concept franchise is looking for personable, dynamic and performance based Sales Associates. Your position would include but is not limited to maintaining the highest level of customer service, meeting and exceeding all key performance sales goals, support of fellow team members, establishing and maintaining an effective referral program, maintaining accurate records using established OTF sales systems, conducting telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls, leading OTF studio tours with prospects, greeting members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the OTF studio. Most importantly candidate will have a true passion for the industry and a commitment to a positive overall experience for our valued members.

Industry specific experience preferred but not required.

HIRING FOR THE FOLLOWING HOURS:

OPENING

Sunday, 7:30am - 11:45am

Monday & Tuesday, 4:30am - 11:30am (or until 12:30)

Wednesday, 5:45am - 1:00pm

Friday, 4:30am - 11:30am (or until 12:30)

TTL: 32.5-40 hrs/wk

OR

CLOSING

Monday - Wednesday, 12pm - 8pm

Friday 12pm - 5:30pm (or, 11 am start)

Saturday 7am - 1:15pm

TTL: 35.75-36.75 hrs/wk

Sales Associates Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service experience required

Fitness enthusiast and/or background preferred (not required)

Availability for Weekend Shifts

PM availability required

Must be able to lift up to 10lbs of weight

Enthusiastic and cheerful disposition
