We are seeking Amazing People that can deliver the highest level of customer service, burns for fitness, burns for clients getting their results, and loves working with and supporting a strong team environment. Key performance indicators include establishing and maintaining an effective referral program, maintaining accurate records using established OTF sales systems, conducting telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls, leading OTF studio tours with prospects, greeting members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the OTF studio.

Most importantly candidate will have a true passion for the industry and a commitment to a positive overall experience for our valued members.

Industry specific experience preferred but not required.

Membership Consultant Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service experience required

Fitness enthusiast and/or background preferred (not required)

OPEN Availability for Weekend Shifts

Must be able to lift up to 10lbs of weight

Enthusiastic and cheerful disposition

Greeting members

Assisting members with customer service solutions

Following up with leads

Creating a pleasant and exciting environment

Executing solutions in a timely manner

Oral and written skills to respond to emails and work with clients

Salary: $10.50 to $12.00 /hour depending on experience
