What You’ll Do:
Drive membership sales and exceed studio sales goals
Convert new leads into booked classes and memberships
Deliver an exceptional first impression for every guest
Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails with confidence
Build relationships with members and support retention
Assist with social media engagement, local marketing, and promotions
Represent the Orangetheory brand with energy, professionalism, and passion
What We’re Looking For:
Previous fitness or sales experience required (boutique fitness preferred)
Strong phone skills—you’re confident, persuasive, and personable
Excellent people skills and ability to build rapport quickly
Social media savvy (Instagram, Facebook, community engagement)
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, positive attitude with a team-first mindset
