We seek enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team as sign spinners. As a sign spinner, you will be responsible for attracting attention and generating interest in our business by twirling and maneuvering promotional signs in high-traffic areas. You aim to engage and captivate passersby, directing them to our location or promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities:

Perform sign-spinning techniques and tricks to attract attention and create a positive impression of our business.

Follow designated routes and locations to maximize visibility and reach the target audience.

Interact with pedestrians in a friendly and approachable manner, answering questions and providing information about our business.

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing our brand.

Adhere to safety guidelines and use caution when performing sign-spinning maneuvers.

Attend training sessions to learn and improve sign-spinning techniques.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative sign-spinning routines and strategies.

Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor or manager promptly.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old.

Strong physical fitness and the ability to perform sign spinning maneuvers for extended periods.

Excellent coordination and balance skills.

Outgoing and friendly personality with the ability to engage with people of all backgrounds.

Ability to follow directions and work independently.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Previous experience in sign spinning or street performance is a plus but not required.
