As Assistant Studio Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Studio Manager with the leadership and daily direction and training of the sales associates team in our studio. Serving as the lead for the sales function, the ASM will assist the studio with the execution of a lead generation / marketing strategies plan to increase fitness program sales as well as promote the health and wellness benefits that are associated with a healthy lifestyle. Additionally, the ASM is accountable for ensuring optimum customer satisfaction and handling member requests and issues in a positive and timely manner.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

· Support the Studio Manager/Owner with daily, weekly reporting, as needed

· Plan, assist, and coordinate initial and ongoing sales drivers (pre-sale events, studio events, outreach)

· Assist the Studio Manager and Sales Associates with on-boarding of promotions

· Ensure that all front desk systems are followed

· Execute customer service calls, as directed by SM

· Model all studio activities through self-involvement (leading by example)

· Manage Sales Associate schedule

· Develop and foster a high energy culture through contests and incentive-based motivation · Manager Front of House Team
