As a Sales Associate, you'll be on top of studio operations like hot sauce on a burrito. You'll welcome current and prospective members through the door, provide studio tours, make and take sales calls, and much more.RESPONSIBILITIES
Engage with new leads across a variety of channels: walk-ins, phone calls, etc.
Present the Orangetheory concept to prospective members, known as "Intros"
Work hand-in-hand with Coaches to guide Intros through their first Orangetheory workout
Sell memberships based on Coach recommendations
Keep our membership numbers healthy by monitoring and working toward periodic sales goals
Participate in marketing and outreach events around town
Make sure all areas of the studio meet brand standards for cleanliness and functionality
Address members and their concerns with dignity and respect
Other duties as assigned

Adaptable: you'll be switching contexts throughout the day between taking calls, notes, answering questions, checking members in, and lots more.
Available. Willing and able to work nights, weekends and holidays. We're open 7 days a week.
Basic computer skills (we run Windows) including being decent at typing on a keyboard
Experience with Mindbody Online (MBO) is preferred, but not required.
Education and experience that includes a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); OR one to three months related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
