If you are AED/CPR certified, hold a current Group Ex or Personal Training certification from ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, AFAA, and have a great balance between high energy and thoughtful education, we want you on our team! Ideally, you are available to coach in both our Mill Valley and Novato studios.
As a Fitness Coach you can expect to perform the following duties:
Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts
Helping members set and achieve goals
Making sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout
Being a team player
Approved applicants will be required to pass Orangetheory's education program.
Pay based on enrollment as well as potential for team bonuses.
