As a Fitness Coach, you will deliver scientifically predesigned workouts to our members. As a member of our team, you’ll use your talents to impact the lives of our members and help them achieve life-changing results.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver predesigned workouts to groups of up to 30+ clients.

Energize and motivate clients throughout the sessions.

Build OTF attendance and retaining current clientele.

Ensure safety of participants in regard to heart rate and exercise technique.

Modify specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels.

Handle member concerns and provide excellent customer service.

Assist with OTF studio tours and sales.

Provide routine cleaning and functionality of fitness facility and equipment.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of exercise technique, physiology, and body mechanics.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Positive, motivating professional with a proven ability to lead clients at all fitness levels.

Must hold a current fitness certification (or be in the process of obtaining) from an OTF-approved education entity as follows: ACE (American Council on Exercise), ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine), NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), NSCA (National Strength & Conditioning Association), ISSA CPT is also accepted with an NCCPT exam.

Must hold current CPR/AED certification.
