The MN Region of Orangetheory Fitness is searching for a facilities maintenance manager to be responsible for all facilities operation of 20+ studios in the MN Region

We have grown to 20+ studios and are continuing to open more locations and we are looking for an organized individual to oversee and maintain all facility operations of regional studios.
Who You Are
You are an organized, structured, complete job by required deadline, experience with project management and large facilitated maintenance. You enjoy working alone but also with a team to ensure optimal performance.
What You Will Do
Responsible for repairing and/or replacing broken/worn parts on all machines, as well as forecasting repair or replacement of equipment,
Work a variety of hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays with 24 hour on-call status in case of emergency.
Responsible for maintaining the facilities budget.
Ensure facility meets company standards, as well as government regulations, and environmental, health and security standards
Must be able to perform all tasks including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, painting, basic carpentry, kitchen equipment and refrigeration, with knowledge and or ability to learn HVAC.
Ability to operate in a physically strenuous environment with heavy lifting, climbing etc., on a daily basis.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Responsible for inventory of all studio locations.
Ensure all equipment are in working order and mating regular monthly maintenance and as needed.
The Facilities and Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring all studios are up to date per franchise operations standards, aid in remodel project operations for existing studios and all new location construction build outs.
The Facility Manager will:
Facility Maintenance -.Responsible for all deep cleaning, maintenance of equipment of new and existing studio locations. Willing to do the work themselves for small tasks, and ability to keep to an operations budget for maintenance.
Inventory Maintenance- Responsible for tracking, receiving and ordering inventory for all projects and regular monthly business needs. Experience with creating inventory processes is a plus!
Operational Excellence - Ensure all studios meet franchisee standards with opening of new locations and assisting the General construction teams for new installations and remodels of existing locations. Act as a project manager during build outs
Required Experience:
5+ years general building maintenance and repair experience.
2 year Degree in Construction Management, Project Management or Engineering
Commercial and Residential Maintenance
HVAC
Electrical
Plumbing
Facility Engineer
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
Flexible work schedule; locations are open Mon-Sun.
Compensation: Based on previous experience and qualification fit to this position.
