We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals eager to share the Orangetheory Fitness story and our success with everyone who walks through that door or who calls for more information or who expresses even the slightest bit of interest in improving themselves.

Job Requirements:

Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge.

Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept and our services to any interested guests to help them achieve their best results.

Work at our front desk: answer phones, talk to members, and book members into workouts.

Working hand-in-hand with our Fitness Coaches to guide new guests through their first Orangetheory workout.

Conduct telephone inquiries, follow-up calls and customer care calls.

Handle members’ concerns and questions in a professional manner with the goal of resolution.

Ensure all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized.
