Orangetheory Fitness is a trendsetting cutting-edge fitness organization with 1,500+ locations open in the US, Canada and internationally. We are currently seeking a qualified Sales Associate that is keen on driving sales and service excellence for our group fitness training facility in East Nashville, TN.

The Sales Associate position is a critical role that is accountable for membership sales, flawless customer service and team collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong drive and passion for growing the OTF membership base and providing high-touch customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Effectively sells customized OTF memberships and other studio products

· Multitask effectively and thrive in high-energy environment

· Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the OTF studio

· Maintain accurate records using established OTF sales systems

· Conduct telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls

· Lead OTF studio previews with prospects and/or fitness program holders

· Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist ( pre/during/post) shift activities

· Maintain an organized and clean lobby/front desk area

· Systematically contacts prospective clients and current members to increase memberships and improve member retention

· Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns

· Process accurately onboarding documents for new members

· Works closely with Fitness Team to ensure a flawless on-boarding & member experience

· Responsible for attending and participating in all relative OTF training programs and team meetings

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

· A positive attitude and a genuine passion for health & wellness

· Excellent presentation skills and driven by changing lives

· Able to multitask and thrive in a busy ever-changing environment

· Excellent customer service skills

· Previous sales experience, with strong sales skills (experience working in a sales quota bearing structure highly preferred)

· Functional computer skills required – MS Office basic programs

· High school diploma required.

· Ability to work and function in an ORANGE TEAM environment (Orange is more than a just a color, it’s an attitude)

SHIFT: Looking to hire permanent full-time position for the 30+ hour shift below: Monday – 4:00PM – 8:00PM Tuesday – OFF Wednesday – 4:00PM – 8:00PM Thursday – OFF Friday – OFF Saturday – 6:45AM - 1:15PM Sunday –1:30PM - 5:30PM
