Finance and Payroll Administrator
Overview:
As the Orangetheory Finance and Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting the Finance department with all multi-state payroll functions for a rapidly growing and diverse company as well as providing groundwork for additional finance processes. This position will undertake a variety of tasks such as monitoring the electronic timekeeping, entering payroll information, researching credit card chargeback situations, and auditing sales for commissions. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently in accordance with policy and procedure as well as in a team environment. Ideally, this individual will have an aptitude for numbers with great attention to detail, strong analytical and communication skills. They must also maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive employee and proprietary information. This position will be performed both remotely and in-studio at necessary times. Essential Functions:
Collect and track reports from Studio Managers for payroll hours
Assist with bi-weekly payroll for salaried and hourly employees in a timely & accurate manner
Review time records to ensure accuracy
Audit payroll and research discrepancies
Work collaboratively with Payroll and Finance Manager to process payroll for 200+ employees
Produce payroll-related reports upon request
Retrieve information on new credit card chargebacks and populate tracker
Assist with research and follow-up for chargebacks
Collect and track cash reports & expense reports from Studio Managers
Review studio expense report submissions
Adjust time clock punches as requested
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required (in Accounting preferred)
Minimum of 4-5 years’ relevant experience
Advanced/Intermediate Excel spreadsheet skills
Proficient in PC operation
Knowledge of basic payroll concepts, practices and procedures
Experience with Paycom a plus
Ability to multi-task and meet tight timelines
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Excellent writing skills
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
