Full Job Description
As a Regional Sales & Operations Manager with Empire Portfolio Group d.b.a. Orangetheory Fitness, you are the key liaison between our Corporate Headquarters and the ground-floor operation of all locations open in development designated to your territory. This position will be responsible for overall planning, organizing and guiding the outcomes in all performance and operational areas for all OTF studios within the assigned region. This position offers support to our staff and management team in all areas of studio operations to include but not limited to financial and KPI analysis, operational systems education, implementation & training support, fitness, membership sales support, and marketing management support. The Regional Sales & Operations Manager will directly oversee all Studio and Area Managers covering the locations within their territory.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Report to and meet regularly with Vice President of Field Operations on initiatives and departmental objectives
Oversee all regional open studio operations & sales efforts to ensure network-wide maximum results
Offer overall direct support to our regional sub-franchisees
Responsible for quarterly and annual reviews of the studio management teams
Leader in change management focusing on our new systems and strategies
Assist in all company-wide projects designed to increase production and optimize operations
Take charge of any specialized trainings or regional development for internal and sub-franchised studios
Communicate with all sub-franchisees and their local teams via telephone, email and face-to-face, to effectively detail franchise brand policies and procedure to ensure they understand all requirements and are 100% brand compliant
Work with Studio Managers, Head Coaches and their respective department staff to continually drive revenue and profitability in order to exceed all sales and revenue system standards
Understand and be able to continuously analyze OTF Business Intelligence metrics (KPI’s) to uncover trends and poor performance symptoms and provide intelligent, effective and timely solutions for market and studio growth
ARE YOU QUALIFIED?
Bachelor’s degree preferably Business, Sports Management and/or Health & Wellness
Ability to speak publicly for the purposes of network training and education
Minimum of 1 year in an Orangetheory Fitness system management role
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a leader in the fitness industry and thrive in a customer service environment
Exceptional communications and leadership skills
Understanding of P&L and Financial benchmarks
Must have proven successful management experience preferably in franchise and/or the fitness sector
Multi-unit supervisory experience highly preferred
KEY ATTRIBUTES
Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work days, nights and weekends when needed
Must maintain strict confidentiality in performing the duties of the job that pertain to trade secrets and or knowledge that has yet to be communicated to the network
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITYThis position will include supervisory responsibilities supporting 10+ direct reports.POSITION TYPEThis is a full-time position.
TRAVELRoutine, local travel is required – Travel may consist of up to 100% of each month inside the assigned region from location to location.
