Your focus at Orangetheory Fitness will be to set up interested individuals with their first free workout as the stepping stone towards the best version of themselves.   We are about helping people reach their fitness goals and healthiest selves using our unique, cutting-edge blend of cardio and strength training. We are looking for part-time call center callers for our Orangetheory Fitness More Life Call Center.  We are connected to our Chicago-Andersonville studio located at 5014 N. Clark in Chicago.  Shifts to choose from are typically:  9am - 12pm Monday - Thursday4pm - 7pm Monday - Thursday9am - 1pm Saturday10am - 1pm Sunday   You’ll be able to enjoy the best 1-hour workout in the country for FREE at any of our 13 locations: Evanston, Chicago-Edgewater, Chicago-Roscoe Village, Chicago-Logan Square, Chicago-Lincoln Square, Chicago-Andersonville, Skokie-Edgebrook, Northbrook, Highland Park, Glen Ellyn, Schaumburg, Hoffman Estates - South Barrington, and Harwood Heights-Portage Park. Benefits include:

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Field incoming calls with excitement and attention to detail
• Make outbound phone calls with goal of booking appointments 
• Answer questions about Orangetheory Fitness with confidence and precision
• Leave thoughtful and engaging voicemails 
• Provide prompt and precise follow-ups to potential new members
• Working out at any of our 13 locations

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• High energy
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent phone demeanor 
• Willingness to do whatever is necessary to help a stranger
• Confidence to speak with strangers over the phone and control the conversation
• Passion for health, fitness, and self-improvement
