Regional Manager

OT Growth Partners (OTGP), a franchise ownership for Orangetheory Fitness studios, is currently seeking a Regional Manager to be the leader for a select number of North Carolina based studios. As a senior member of the leadership team, the Regional Manager will directly oversee the success of 6-9 North Carolina based studios, ensuring the successful execution of operations, staff production and development, consistent delivery of our brand of fitness, and driving OTGP growth goals with the overarching theme of #Morelife for our members.

Still here? Awesome! Here are some of the responsibilities of a Regional Manager:

Grow a portfolio of successful businesses by developing regional-level strategies to achieve each store's financial, operational and customer-service goals, while addressing each store's unique strengths and challenges.

Lead a team of studio level leaders by motivating, coaching and strengthening Studio Managers as team leaders and operators.

Serve as a resource by providing expertise on key customer issues, team staffing and management, store operations and company policies and procedures.

Hold all team members accountable to all OTGP and Orangetheory Fitness standards

Provide clear direction and feedback to managers and teams on company goals and standards

Ensure that all managers are properly trained and ready to successfully operate their studio

Take responsibility for all studios to ensure superior customer service

Ensure that all studios meet brand standards and requirements

Plan and execute the regions’ daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly membership goals

Measure key performance sales indicators for all fitness studios, including package offerings, memberships renewals, retail and concession sales, and maximizing workout traffic

What we look for in a Regional Manager:

Bachelor's degree preferred

Functional computer skills

Knowledge and understanding of OTF and OTGP brand, policies, processes, and systems

Fitness-minded professional with 2+ years of experience as a multi-unit manager, in a sales focused and/or franchised based model preferred

2+ years of management experience leading a team of 6 or more, including training and coaching with proven strong communication and leadership skills

The ability to travel a minimum of 85% between studios in North Carolina

The ability to multitask, prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Practice positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills

Demonstrate the desire to lead employees and motivate teams

Ability to effectively lead and present group training sessions or workshops

Have the flexibility to work "retail" hours- days, nights, weekends, holidays as needed

Can commit to participating in 2 OTF workouts per week and attend all relevant OTF training programs
