Orangetheory Fitness studios are rapidly expanding! We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic Presale Specialists with a passion for fitness and sales to join our growing team!

Ideal candidate has passion for fitness, strong customer service skills and strong sales experience. The Presales Specialist/ Brand Ambassador is responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators, and operational tasks, for the Presales Department. This is a critical position and must have a solid understanding of sales, marketing, customer connection and operational excellence.

Must be available for regularly scheduled shifts out of our LA Corporate office -- early and/or late & weekends.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:• Sales• Customer Outreach• Customer Service• Community Events• Maintain accurate records using established OTF sales systems• Conduct telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls• Maintain an organized and clean work environment• Respond to member requests, inquiries, and concerns in a timely and efficient manner• Attend and participate in all relative OTF training programsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:• Must have minimum 18 months of experience working with the Orangetheory Fitness brand• Excellent customer service skills• Previous sales experience, with strong sales skills (experience working in a sales quota bearing structure highly preferred)• Solid verbal and written communication skills required• Functional computer skills required – Microsoft Office basic programs (Excel, Word)• Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment• Health & Fitness minded people strongly preferred• Ability to work and function in a supportive feedback and team environment• Flexible to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed

Compensation includes an hourly rate, plus commissions, plus bonuses. Additionally, we provide training and the opportunity for career growth.
