Qualifications
You’re passionate about fitness, health, and wellness?
You have at least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment. Hot tip - While OTF is technically a retail operation, we don’t have a retail vibe.
Working weekends doesn’t bum you out
Communication and collaboration are your strong suits
Multitasking is your JAM
You either hold or are working toward a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field (Nice to have but not required)
Client Services:
Greet clients and assist them with Orangetheory Fitness services
Help clients over the phone, return important voicemails and facilitate the guest booking and scheduling process
Onboard new clients - complete medical waivers and create profiles in our point-of-sale system
Conduct tours; sell service packages and memberships
Serve as an expert on OTF products and services.
Store Operations:
Perform opening and closing procedures
Maintain a safe, clean and secure environment for all guests and employees.
Lead on the floor and embody OTF’s core values.
Team Support by assisting with:
Store marketing and community outreach.
Onboard new Hyper Wellness Representatives, including on-the-job training and shadowing.
Organize and conduct in-store and offsite events.
Social media outreach and management.

Our Sales Associates, along with our Coaches, are the face of each location and play an integral role in delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Responsibilities
Greeting clients and assisting them with Orangetheory’s Coaching services
Helping clients over the phone, returning important voicemails, and facilitating the booking, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation process
Onboarding new clients - this involves completing medical waivers and creating profiles in our point-of-sale system

Unlimited Studio Use While you are employed you may take an unlimited number of classes in the Applewood, Arvada, Parker, and Pine Bluffs studios. An employee may never take the spot of a paying member. Benefit value: $179 x 12 = $2,148
Free Core Services at Restore Hyper Wellness While you are employed you will enjoy FREE unlimited Core services at our Restore Hyper Wellness stores in the Applewood, Arvada, Parker, and Pine Bluffs areas. Google Restore Hyper Wellness to learn more. Benefit value: $169 x 12 = $2,028
One Plus Unlimited Studio Use Any person your designate may have unlimited use at the 4 studios for the price of an Elite membership of $109. This person may also use their first 8 sessions at any other Orangetheory Fitness as they have an active Basic membership. Benefit value: $70 x 12 = $840

About Us Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up their metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
