Orangetheory Fitness in PEARLAND is looking for a few energetic, reliable people to work in a membership based fitness studio. Sales experience, pleasant outgoing personality, as well as customer service skills are required in a fast pace environment.
Responsibilities
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
Build productive trusting relationships with customers
Skills
Strong sales experience
Excellent customer service skills
Proficiency in English
Solid interpersonal skills
Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
Sell memberships/Ask for referrals/Make phone calls/Studio tours
Warmly greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the OTF studio
Ability to complete 1 workout per week
Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment
Functional computer skills required
Health & Fitness minded people strongly preferred
High school diploma required
Flexible to work day, evening, holiday and/or weekend hours as needed
