    · The acquisition analyst will primarily support the customer in the execution of the program and any other PEO IWS Program Office requirements.

    · The selected candidate will assist in providing acquisition planning and program management support.

    · The candidate will perform analyses to support financial reviews and the development of obligation phasing plans, SCN Execution Review, and project financial spend plans.

    · Finally, the individual will provide program support by responding to data calls and developing project status briefs.

    Job Duties

    · Provide overall Acquisition planning and program management support. Examples: Congressional briefs, RDAIS, APB, etc

    · Support analyses such as monthly financial reviews, yearly comparisons, 7300’s, Obligation Phasing Plans (OPPs), and SCN Execution Reviews (SERs), and develop impact statements when required. Provide recommendations for contract vehicles as required.

    · Support overall Annual Task Planning and Allocations; engage with field activities on tasking details, determine the tasks that will be funded under the provided controls and allocated across activities. Assist in the prioritization of unfunded tasks and perform in-depth requirements analysis as needed.

    · Develop and track/manage of spend plans, both for individual performers and program wide, to include planning obligation timelines, determining expected burn rate, and understanding which appropriation can be used. Tracking obligation and expenditure and comparing to benchmarks. Assist APMs with fiscal year and continuing resolution planning.

    · Support data calls and funding deep dives as requested etc.

    · Assist in the development of formal and ad hoc briefs. Prepare monthly financial review briefs for Resource Sponsors and Program Managers. Examples: POM Issue Briefs, program briefs, analysis summaries, status meetings and drumbeats, etc.

    · Project Status Updates - Assist in obtaining statuses of tasks and coordinate to get these inputs as needed

    · Develop meeting agendas, track actions, setup meetings through MS teams, etc.

    Required Skills and Experiences:

    · Bachelor’s degree

    · Current Active Secret Security Clearance

    · NEPS experience and SCN funding appropriation knowledge

    · Intermediate Excel skills and critical thinking skills

    · Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

    · Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, able to present over MS Teams

    · PBBE knowledge a plus

    Requirements:

    a) An associate's degree and (10) years of relevant experience, or

    b) A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and five (5) years of relevant experience, or

    c) A master's degree in a relevant field.

    d) A U.S. citizen.
