    We are seeking a Service Desk Call Center Support to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for your clients.

    Primarily REMOTE/Work from home opportunity but will report 1 day every 2 weeks to office in Stroger Hospital Chicago. So we prefer candidates who are local to Chicago due to one day commute to the office (one day every 2 weeks).

    Pay: 21$/hr (all inclusive)

    Need 6 months commitment

    Regular business hours

    Certification: CompTIA A+ MANDATORY

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
    • Resolve issues such as passwords, and software for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
    • Recommend hardware and software improvements
    • Track customer issues and resolutions

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 1 year of IT support preferred (either service desk or call center)
    • Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
    • Positive and professional demeanor
