• Record recipes, SOPs, Prep guides, and build sheets for all menu items
• Create new and refine existing menu items and methods for Orbital Kitchens across different cuisines
• Perform stress tests on recipes in development for deliverability or operational viability
• Work on improvements in recipes or processes on existing menu items
• Train line and prep staff on new recipes and SOPs
• Understanding of large-volume cooking preparation and production
