Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Accuracy Specialist to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for confirming physical count of finished goods and finalizing and approving orders for shipment. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to ensuring accurate orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Departure Case Count Verification:
  • Verify the case count by performing a manual count of the cases on each pallet.
  • Scan each pallet tag using the WMS scan gun and enter the physical quantity.
  • Compare the actual number of cases with the quantity listed on the pallet tag and on the pick sheet to ensure accuracy.
• Pallet Clearance:
  • After verification, clear the pallet for shipment by printing the pre-pick tag and staging it on the dock.
  • Notify the pack-out supervisor immediately if any product is missing or discrepancies are found.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of palletizing, labeling, and scanning equipment.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move items up to [weight] pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 10am until finished. Will work 8 to 12 hours per day.

Compensation: $21.00/hr
