Why You'll Love This Role
As an Order Assembly Associate , you'll play a hands-on role in bringing our products to life for customers around the world. From cutting and folding fabrics with precision to assembling kits and packaging orders with care, you'll help ensure that every shipment delivers joy, quality, and creativity.
This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, organized, and motivated-someone who takes pride in doing great work and being part of a team that makes a difference.
What You'll Do
- Accurately cut fabrics for orders and kits.
 
- Fold fabrics to specification and assemble beautiful kits.
 
- Put together patterns, thread sets, and other quilting essentials.
 
- Package items securely so they arrive safely to customers.
 
- Help with inventory counts, re-stocking, and managing backstock.
 
- Pick and prepare e-commerce orders quickly and accurately.
 
- Support special projects and team initiatives as needed.

- Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail.
 
- Comfortable with basic arithmetic (yards, inches, fractions).
 
- Good communicator with excellent organizational skills.

Physical Requirements
- Able to stand, sit, and walk for long periods of time.
 
- Must be able to distinguish between colors.
 
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds.
 
Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
 
- 8-hour shifts
