Job Description: Order Fulfillment Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Order Fulfillment Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the fulfillment process by preparing, packing, and shipping customer orders with accuracy and efficiency. You will also assist with inventory, stock organization, and general warehouse operations to help ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. Our goal is to enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction through effective order fulfillment and warehouse support.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and complete customer orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (pick, pack, wrap, label, ship).
Assist with receiving, checking, and storing incoming stock and supplies.
Verify order accuracy to ensure customers receive correct items and quantities.
Perform regular inventory counts, help track stock levels, and maintain audit-ready records.
Keep a clean, safe, and organized work environment while optimizing storage space.
Communicate and cooperate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to meet daily order deadlines.
Follow quality service standards and comply with all warehouse and order fulfillment procedures, rules, and regulations.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in order fulfillment, warehouse, or related role preferred.
Familiarity with modern inventory and order fulfillment systems is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to stand and work on your feet for 8-hour shifts.
Capability to lift and carry 30–50 lbs. regularly.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
A positive attitude with a commitment to teamwork and safety protocols.
Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM Benefits: Competitive benefits package available
