  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Receives Purchase Orders from Emails, SPS. Entering SOMS
    • Creates Sales Orders on SAP
    • Creates Production Orders on SAP
    • Maintain and update vendor records and files
    • Coordinate with the QA team to request and obtain export numbers as needed
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment
    • Use Excel spreadsheets to track orders, monitor status, and provide timely updates to the Inventory Manager
    • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all order and data management activities
    • Ability to Commute: Chatsworth, CA 91311 (Required)
    • Ability to Relocate: Chatsworth, CA 91311: Relocate before starting work (Required)
    • Work Location: In person
    • Schedule: Full time, Onsite, Monday- Friday, weekends if needed
    • The pay range: $19.50-$21.00/ per hour
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or a related administrative role
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and basic to intermediate formulas
    • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
