About the Role:

Join Hancock's of Paducah as an Order Fulfillment Sales Associate, where you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our customers both online and in-store. Be a part of a dynamic team that thrives on providing high-quality products and a seamless shopping and fulfillment experience. Please note that this position is offered on a full-time basis only.

Responsibilities:

Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance productivity.

Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and customer satisfaction.

Utilize point-of-sale systems for transactions and record-keeping.

Stay updated on product knowledge and organization.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in retail or order fulfillment is preferred.
