    About the Role: We’re looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Order Management / Bid Specialist to support our rapidly growing Builder Division at Bray and Scarff, a leading appliance retailer with a strong regional presence. This is an opportunity to be part of a growing team focused on serving builders, contractors, and property managers with tailored appliance solutions.

    In this role, you’ll manage inbound orders from existing builder accounts, assist in identifying and pursuing new project bids, and serve as a key point of contact for customer needs, including service and return issues. You’ll work closely with our internal sales team and vendor partners to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    Manage incoming appliance orders from builder and contractor customers

    Review bid documents to identify new project opportunities

    Submit bid requests to vendors and assist with compiling proposals

    Process customer orders and ensure timely follow-up on deliveries

    Serve as a point of contact for customer service inquiries, return coordination, and issue resolution

    Collaborate with sales staff to support ongoing project needs and identify potential upsell opportunities

    Qualifications

    2–3 years of experience in an order management or inside sales support role

    Familiarity with contractor, builder, or construction industry workflows preferred

    Prior experience reviewing and submitting project bids is a plus

    Appliance product knowledge is helpful but not required

    Minimum high school diploma; college coursework or degree a bonus
