As an Order Operations Analyst at Palo Alto Networks, you will play a key role within our Order Operations department, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer purchase orders. You will handle a high volume of orders, collaborating with internal and external teams to manage the booking, fulfillment, and tracking of orders in our ERP system. Your role requires incredible attention to detail, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a strong desire to learn and adapt to rapidly evolving business needs. You will report to a manager in our Santa Clara headquarters and may be required to work extended hours during peak periods at the end of months and fiscal quarters.

The order operations team is a highly collaborative group that enjoys helping each other when needed, assisting internal partners and ensuring our customers’ needs are met. Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $80,000 - $120,000/YR.
