Job Description
John Crane is seeking an Order Processing Clerk to monitor and report on customer satisfaction and delivery performance, review orders to ensure on-time scheduling, analyze processes, prepare quotes, and publish performance reports. This role partners closely with the Quality team on returns, resolves customer issues, and manages special projects to support overall business objectives
