Job Summary
The Order Processor is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing client orders within a fast-paced fulfillment environment. This role ensures orders are completed on time, supports warehouse operations, assists with packing activities as needed, and maintains a high level of accuracy and productivity throughout the workday.
Key Responsibilities
Review Slack channels and internal communications for priorities, updates, and operational instructions.
Process bulk orders and single orders accurately and efficiently.
Ensure timely processing of all client orders while maintaining quality standards.
Verify order accuracy and follow established processing procedures.
Stage completed orders in appropriate pick locations for packers.
Communicate any issues, discrepancies, or inventory concerns that may prevent orders from being processed.
Support packers on the warehouse floor as needed.
Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company processes.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Assist with additional warehouse and fulfillment tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or order processing experience preferred.
Experience with ShipHero or a similar warehouse management system is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
