The responsibilities:
Accurately pick and pack food products based on customer orders or production schedules
Verify item codes, quantities, and product quality before packing
Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment safely (not necessarily)
Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) or FEFO (First Expired, First Out) inventory principles
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met in the picking area
Label and stage orders correctly for shipping or internal use
Maintain accurate records of picked orders and report discrepancies
Adhere to food safety regulations, hygiene protocols, and company policies
