About the Role:

Join Windy City Pizza LLC as an Order Taker and be the friendly voice that connects our delicious pizzas to our valued customers! In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring a seamless ordering experience while working in a fun and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Take customer orders via phone and in-person with enthusiasm and accuracy.

Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries about our offerings.

Process payments and manage cash register transactions efficiently.

Ensure all orders are entered correctly into the system for timely preparation.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to enhance customer experience.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely service.

Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.

Stay updated on promotions and menu changes to inform customers effectively.

Requirements:

Previous experience in food service preferred.

Use of POS system is a plus (especially Foodtec or toast or similar)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Maintaining attention to detail.

Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.

Must be a team player with a positive attitude.

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Passion for food and a desire to create a great customer experience.
