JumpStart @ OMG Our JumpStart Account Managers train all new and existing users of our online solution and are among the first experiences customers have with our company. As a JumpStart Account Manager, you will develop a strong understanding of our solution and industry to guide our Clients' early success using our platform.

Day in the Life

• Deliver value to OMG Clients by creating tailored, helpful, and relevant online training
• Lead strategic Client meetings to discuss growth with OMG while working toward monthly KPIs
• Listen to Client needs and pain points to help guide them through using our software solution to best fit those needs
• Work cross-functionally with Sales Executives, Account Management and members of our Service and Support Teams
• Host training Webinars available to all Clients
• Assist in building and executing a monthly internal training for all OMG Team members
• Continually build strong internal and external relationships

REQUIREMENTS

Must Haves

• Bachelor's Degree. If no degree, 3+ years of relevant experience
• 1+ year of account management experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt and learn in an ever-changing environment
• Knowledge of the Team Sporting Goods or Promotional Products industries a plus
