In this role, you will ensure freight is accurately entered, properly scheduled, and fully prepared for load planning and execution. You’ll play a critical part in keeping freight moving on time by coordinating closely with customers, warehouses, carriers, and internal operations teams.
This Role Is a Great Fit If You
Have strong customer service or sales communication skills
Are comfortable being a primary point of contact for customers
Can juggle multiple priorities without losing accuracy
Enjoy a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
Have experience in trucking, freight brokerage, or transportation logistics
